She is also a certified John C . Maxwell teacher, trainer and speaker. Deb’s passion for organizational structure, leadership development and financial knowledge, is leading salons to consistently achieve growth and profitability. When she is not coaching salons, she is leading her team of consultants to help salons prosper.
