Karyn serves SSBC as a salon consultant. She has been in the industry for over 30 years and is the owner of a Summit Salon in historic downtown Leonardtown, MD. Karyn considers it a privilege to lend both her beauty industry experience as well as her business savvy to serve her Summit Salon clients. She looks forward to sharing the summit systems, and her own journey with salons around the country. Karyn brings her personal experience as both a salon and commercial property owner, a stylist, implementation of the shareholder program, philanthropist, and mentor to the summit and hopes it motivates others in their success.

• Karyn has 4 beautiful daughters (a doctor and a nurse so far) and one amazing grandson.
• She is blessed to live on the beautiful Patuxent River and drive her own boat.
• She loves numbers, patterns, games , cards, and competitions of any kind.
• She loves humor and to laugh every day, and is told she’s pretty funny!
