Roberta serves SSBC as a Summit Salon Consultant. She has dedicated over 35 years to the beauty industry. A road which ultimately led to her becoming one of the first Consultants with Summit Salon Business Center in 2004.

She credits her past experiences as a salon owner (22 years), a manufacturer representative, and a Redken educator as key to developing the knowledge, patience, and empathy needed to guide today’s salon owners, leaders, and service providers to a better tomorrow.

Roberta successfully sold her salon in 1999 which allowed her to focus all of her energy on empowering salon professionals. (She remains active in her former salon as their Summit Salon Consultant!) In her role as a Summit Salon Consultant Roberta really hit the ground running. She was awarded New Consultant of the Year and Consultant of the Year in consecutive years and is routinely at the top of her class when it comes to consulting and product revenues generated. Roberta continues to book over 150 days a year sharing her experiences, insights, and support. A testament of her dedication to the salon industry and the Summit Salon Systems.
