Rose serves SSBC as a Consultant and Certified Front Desk Trainer. She brings over 10 years of salon/spa management experience, including resort spas and independent salons. She is currently the general manager and a shareholder at Salon Herdis, a full service Summit salon and spa located in Northampton, MA.
