Sarah began her career in the beauty industry as a licensed Esthetician over 20 years ago in St. Louis, MO. After her introduction to SSBC’S systems in 2004, her career took off and she never looked back. She excelled in retail sales, is a 3x recipient of the coveted Retailer of the Year Award, averaging a 40% RTS with over $100,000 in retails sales in just over two years. She held a leadership role at the salon, coaching other team members to reach their business goals and maximizing their potential as market leaders in the industry.
In 2009, Sarah moved to Phoenix, AZ and began her first career with Summit as a full-time coach, traveling to salons on the West Coast, bringing her expertise in goal setting success with her. She then moved to Los Angeles in 2013, where she was tasked with the job of helping to build the Southern, California Market for Summit. In 2015, she was recruited by L’Oreal to manage the Baxter Finely Barber & Shop in West Hollywood, CA; a shop recently acquired by L’Oreal. Her first goal was to implement the Summit Systems at the shop, and has done so with continued success. Most recently, Sarah transitioned into the Head of Education role with Baxter of California, LLC, allowing her to bring her retail sales expertise to other salons and barbershops across the United States. She continues to lead her home team, at Baxter Finley’s, on a daily basis, to attain both business and personal goals. The shop has consistently maintained high sales and far surpasses the industry in average service provider incomes under her leadership.
