Jennifer has 25+ years in the salon and beauty industry. She is the owner of a multi location salon company with her husband and business partner, Jason.

Jennifer gives gratitude to her success to the the amazing mentors along her journey….as well as the many struggles and failures.

Jennifer’s passion is walking alongside others to be a “flashlight” in seasons where the vision isn’t super clear or the direction is uncertain. She also is super passionate collaborating with other industry leaders with their own personal and leadership development.
