JILL WILSON VRAA is a Summit Nail Specialist Trainer in the Spa Division. She has been a licensed nail technician since 1994, a salon owner, and an author. Jill helped co-write and launch the Summit Nail Associate Program and was the first to achieve Level 4A status. While working with an associate, she achieved over $10,000 a month! Her additional service menus have been nationally recognized. She’s a regular contributor to Nails Magazine and has been featured in Salon Today.
