Victoria began her career in the salon industry as a support staff member where she was amazed by how a great service experience transformed the confidence of guests. In 2008, she became a Summit Salon Owner. Her desire to help grow the future of the beauty industry led her to instructing at the Summit Salon Academy’s Esthetics program and advanced education classes. Victoria has a passion for the spa industry and believes that with proper systems and sound technical skill, service providers and salon/spa companies can achieve great success and reach their true potential.
