Brandi Suther

Salon Coach

I serve SSBC as a Salon Coach.

Whenever I ask someone in this industry why they those chose their career, the answer is always the same: they chose it to make others feel better about themselves. That is the definition of a servant leader. I can spot a hairstylist in a group of people just based on the way they interact with others. Their mission is always to lift up and empower others. I don't know about you, but I feel like we could use a lot more of that in our world.

As an SSBC coach, I have the privilege to help other salon professionals not only see what’s possible, but actually achieve it -there’s no greater feeling. Our industry is full of artist, but we often lack the business acumen to truly succeed. Summit bridged that gap for me and showed me a better way. That’s why I became a Summit Coach—it is my passion and purpose to pass on what was shown to me.

Outside of my work with SSBC, I am the owner of Meraki Studios Salon in Mobile, AL. I have been happily married since 2014 and have two beautiful children. My kids are the backbone to everything that I do. They are the reason I try to better my best every single day—not only to provide them a beautiful life, but also to show them anything is possible with hard work and dedication.
