Brady serves SSBC as a Summit Salon School Consultant. She has been a partner and educator with PCI Academy for 10 years. Brady works daily with the schools’ educators and students by growing them through the Summit Salon Systems. She is an integral part of growing the salon area of the school to over 30% of the schools’ gross income. PCI Academy has two locations in Ames, Iowa and Plymouth, Minnesota, and is home to over 30 employees.

As a Summit Salon School Consultant, Brady is sharing her day to day knowledge to help coach and mentor educators in their ability to grow students on a daily basis. Her passion for the Summit Salon Systems and growing people is unmistakable when you work with her.
