I used to struggle leading my team, but thanks to The Summit, I learned about systems and indicators to authentically and consistently provide a path for growth. Bringing shareholders into my company has been my proudest accomplishment, and I'm happy to have taught them to be influential leaders who will continue the legacy.

Connection is an essential part of our lives. It helps us to feel a sense of belonging and togetherness with others. I've been a salon owner since 1997, and a Summit coach since 2011, recently joining the leadership division and enjoying our culture of consistent growth. On a personal note, I love to see new places and enjoy spending time with my best friend, my husband.
