My favorite thing to see is a new leadership team being formed and coming together. It is so exciting to see a group of people growing from Stylist, to leader and then shareholder/owner of a company they so dearly love.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and 2 location salon and spa owner. I started my Summit journey being a salon manager and grew to a salon owner and then a leader at Summit.
