The potential for growth and success is endless in the professional beauty industry, and I love how much control each service provider has over their success. One of my favorite things about this industry is being able to help guests with their hair and skin challenges and getting creative in the process. I also enjoy helping salon owners grow their businesses and seeing how just a few changes can lead to incredible rewards for their team.

Speaking of success, I'm proud that my salon team has grown from less than $2000 per month in retail to over $6000 per month with only five service providers.

As a Summit coach, my salon companies are also significantly growing, with their culture, leadership, and conflict resolution skills improving significantly. Service providers tell me that SSBC and I have changed their lives, which means the world to me.

Outside of work, I'm a great listener and always there for anyone who needs me. I'm also fiercely protective and loving regarding my family and friends.
