PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
You may return your unused merchandise purchased at Summit Salon Business Center within 30 days of delivery. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping. Return postage/insurance is your responsibility. There will also be a 10% restocking fee assessed to your credit card.
If your item was delivered to you in a damaged state, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. Items must be returned in their original packaging and Summit Salon Business Center will pay the return shipping costs. Once damaged product is received, we will send out the replacement item.
Summit Salon Business Center abides by the following cancellation policies.
In-Salon Consulting Visit
If a salon owner/manager cancels a consulting visit within 30 days of the scheduled date, the salon will be charged a cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee for visits cancelled 31 or more days prior to the consulting visit. Cancellations must be received in writing.
- 1-Day onsite = $700 USD
- 2-Days onsite = $900 USD
- 3-Days onsite = $1,100 USD
- 4-Days onsite = $1,300 USD
Video/Phone Consulting Visit
If a salon owner/manager cancels a consulting visit within 7 days of the scheduled date, the salon will be charged a cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee for visits cancelled 8 or more days prior to the consulting visit. Cancellations must be received in writing.
- 1-Hour Coaching Call = $100USD
- 2-Hour Coaching Call = $200USD
If a salon owner/manager cancels a consulting package, the package discount is no longer valid and the completed visits revert to full price. Cancellations must be received in writing.
If a salon owner/manager cancels registration the salon may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received in writing.
- 0-15 days prior to the Summit 75% of tuition paid
- 16-30 days prior to the Summit 50% of tuition paid
- 31 – 60 days prior to the Summit 25% of tuition paid
- 61 or more days prior to the Summit 0% of tuition paid
Summit Salon Business Center values your privacy and does not sell its lists.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information and other information about them or their business or organization. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
