When I entered the beauty industry in 2012, I thought I was building a career behind the chair. What I quickly realized was that my favorite part of this industry has always been helping people grow.
Whether it's coaching a salon owner through a tough season, celebrating a team hitting a big goal, or watching someone gain the confidence to lead their business differently, those moments are what light me up. I believe incredible businesses are built by incredible people, and I love helping salon owners create companies that are both profitable and fulfilling.
One of the things that allows me to coach from a real-world perspective is that I've experienced nearly every role inside a salon. I've worked as a guest service expert, associate, stylist, salon manager, and today I'm proud to be both the owner of 202 Beauty Lounge in Waco, Texas, and a Summit coach. I am still living the same challenges my clients face every day, so my coaching comes from real experience, not just theory.
What drew me to Summit was the structure, the systems, and the accountability. What has kept me here is seeing those tools truly change the lives of salon owners and their teams. My goal is to help salons build strong foundations, create financial freedom, develop confident leaders, and grow businesses they genuinely love leading. Because at the end of the day, I believe incredible businesses are built by incredible people.
