Since entering the professional beauty industry in 2012, it became clear that my true passion in this field centered around helping people, forming meaningful connections, and cultivating a space where pursuing one's passions feels entirely natural. The joy and enthusiasm I experience while witnessing other salon professionals not only reach, but surpass their own expectations, all while delivering a service that genuinely impacts people's lives, is beyond gratifying.
This industry has guided me through various roles and as a coach brings me a unique perspective, starting as a guest service expert and progressing to an associate, service provider, salon manager, and finally, as a proud salon owner and a dedicated Summit coach. This hands-on experience equips me to approach challenges and opportunities with a confidence, grounded in a deep understanding of what is effective in each role.
Throughout my journey with Summit, it has particularly distinguished itself in my eyes through its well-defined structure and systems, a strong commitment to accountability, and unwavering support. As a coach I strive to help other salon owners find financial stability and limitless growth in their own salon companies.
Outside of Summit, I am the owner of 202 Beauty Lounge in Waco, Texas. I love traveling with my husband and two daughters. I am trying to travel to all fifty states before I turn fifty years old and try to mark at least two states off each year!
