I am honored to serve SSBC as Specialty Accounting Team Leader. I have found a true passion in helping salon owners plan for their future by understanding their company’s value as early as possible. It’s incredibly rewarding to provide them with the tools and knowledge they need to secure their financial future and thrive in this industry.

I joined SSBC’s Financial Services Team after earning my Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting with a minor in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University. I started in the internal Accounting Team, where I gained invaluable familiarity with Summit Systems and Programs. Later, I transitioned to a leadership role in the Financial Services Team, overseeing full-cycle bookkeeping and specializing in Succession Planning and Valuation Services to support salon owners. Before joining SSBC, I was a Brand Manager at Victoria’s Secret & Pink, overseeing inventory management and product placement. Although transitioning from retail beauty and fashion to accounting may seem unexpected, SSBC exceeded all my expectations. I'm deeply grateful to be part of such an extraordinary team in an industry I love.

My upbringing as a competitive canoeist and kayaker, competing nationally across Canada, instilled in me a spirit of leadership and teamwork. Progressing from athlete to coach, treasurer, and eventually manager at our local canoe club, I cherished every summer spent on the lake. Even now, I continue to relish summers on the water, creating cherished memories with family and friends. You’ll catch me in all the bright colors and most likely heels while in the office!
