I started in the industry as a stylist in 1992 and have since become a multiple salon owner and owner of a Summit Salon Academy in Anderson, Indiana.

As a Summit facilitator and trainer, I focus on providing practical guidance and leadership to salon owners and service providers. Over the years, I have enjoyed working with numerous salon companies and helping them succeed by sharing my entrepreneurial expertise. I firmly believe that with the right strategy and approach, any salon company can thrive and reach its full potential. Living on a farm allows me to love all of the animals. Whenever I hear of a dog in need of rescuing, my heart just can't resist trying to help. I am also a mean tambourine soloist and an enthusiast of both horses and donkeys. My donkey, Tito, is a world-famous Instagram influencer @therealdonkeytito
