I have a deep-rooted background in the hair industry that started when I was 18. I hold a dual license in cosmetology and barbering. I opened my own barbershop, Redlan’s Gentleman’s Grooming in 2016, and joined Summit in 2021 as a barbershop coach. I strive to empower individuals, assisting them in elevating their skills, enhancing their leadership abilities, and achieving their goals.

Outside of my work in the hair industry, I'm a big fan of motorcycles. I ride a 2008 Harley Custom and love getting my hands dirty, constantly tinkering and swapping out parts to make it truly mine. I'm a proud father to a son who's a true sports enthusiast. When I'm not tearing up the streets on my bike or cheering on my son at his games, you'll find me out in nature, mountain biking and going on bike-packing adventures.
