Karine thrives on seeing stylists set and reach new goals, and celebrating their successes. Karine is a natural born leader and still works behind the chair. She has been a successful stylist for 14 years and salon owner for 12 years. Karine’s salon is completely managed according to Summit protocol. She is a Redken certified colorist, and was a Redken educator for 8 years. Karine’s greatest strength is her passion to easily motivate others in the most human way possible, focusing on their individuality.
