I’m grateful for the life and career this industry has given me. The people are the reason I love it so deeply—the relationships, the growth, and the privilege of walking alongside professionals as they step into their confidence and potential. Teaching, mentoring, and watching others grow is what fills my cup.

Summit has played a powerful role in shaping who I am, not just as a leader, but as a human. The systems and mindset have influenced how I lead my team, how I build culture, and even how I show up as a parent. The growth I’ve seen—in myself and in those around me—would not have been possible without Summit.

I’ve spent 22 years in this industry, beginning as a booth renter and eventually opening my own salon six years ago. Over time, my passion has shifted from behind the chair to coaching and supporting others, helping them build sustainable careers and businesses they’re proud of.

Outside of the salon, I’m proud of building a life rooted in resilience and growth while raising my boys. I also enjoy expanding my real estate portfolio and investing in rental properties—always learning, always building, always looking ahead.
