This industry has been an integral part of my life journey for more than 30 years now. I love the way service providers can change the way their guests feel about themselves in such a profound and positive way, and it is truly inspiring.

I have had several roles over the years. I have been a hairstylist, Redken educator, Regional Training Manager and a Distributor Sales consultant. My time as a sales consultant saw many salon companies adopt the systems and principles of SSBC. I consistently saw positive changes in team culture and growth. Seeing so many salon companies grow and thrive inspired me to join the Summit team.

Assisting industry professionals in setting goals and helping them to achieve and surpass those goals is extremely rewarding. One of my favorite things is hearing about someone’s best day, or best month, and seeing the pride and excitement as they share their achievements. For me, it just doesn’t get much better than that!

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy cooking, hiking and I travel as much as I can. There is a great big world out there waiting to be discovered!
