I have a deep passion for the salon industry and a strong belief in the power of leadership and personal development. My experience in the professional beauty industry, from working at L’Oréal corporate to owning and managing top salons, has provided valuable insights and expertise.

I've been an owner, operator, and general manager of some of the best salons in the country. I've been a Summit consultant since 2010, specializing in multi-location salons utilizing my background as the general manager of Cutler Salons in NYC. I launched Summit’s leadership division in 2021 with a full suite of offerings for leaders and owners, including on-site retreats, enneagram coaching, and the Summit Leadership System.

I have a bachelor’s degree in music and am a classically trained singer specializing in German Lieder. My background in music adds another layer of work-life harmony. I believe it is essential to have diverse interests and pursuits outside of your professional endeavors.
