From the time I was born, our family had a salon company. I've been with Summit for 20+ years as a Consultant, and the New Consultant Lead Trainer for 15+ years. I've been a Team Leader for 10+ years and currently manage our West Coast Summit team. I am proud to serve Summit as a Salon Coach, Team Leader, Shareholder and Board Member. Guiding leaders, managers and service providers to level up and achieve tremendous results brings me so much joy and fulfillment. I get so excited to help family businesses succeed and become market leaders in their respective communities.

I love our industry because it is full of great people who lead with their hearts and minds. The Summit has forever shaped me, my family, my business, my career and my life. It has taught me so many life lessons, brought me so many career highlights and introduced me to so many incredible humans in the beauty industry.

In addition to my work with SSBC, my wife and I own Urban Eve Salon & Boutique in Medina, Minnesota. Our family has been involved in the beauty industry for 60+ years. I love to travel with my family, as well as gardening, landscaping, lake life and fishing. I've visited 47 states in America, been hit by an automobile on foot twice and love to Karaoke all night long!
