In my current role as a Salon General Manager, I have seen Summit help our team become more aligned in their goals and more invested in their own success. My background is rooted in the salon industry, having grown from a front desk role into leadership through hands-on experience and a deep commitment to learning and growth. That journey has shaped how I lead today, with a focus on guest experience, team culture, communication, and performance. I love witnessing the "aha" moment when someone realizes what is possible with the right structure and support.

Outside of work, you can usually find me at the beach or Disneyland with my husband Chase, trying new restaurants, baking something sweet, or spending time with friends and family.
