Summit has changed my life by providing our salon company with the systems, support & resources that we needed to reach our full potential. I opened my salon company Steel + Lacquer with my current business partner, which gives me a unique perspective on the challenges and benefits of going into business with another visionary. As a stylist / owner, SSBC introduced me to a powerful network that keeps me on track and inspired. I am consistently motivated to become a better human for myself, my team, my guests and my friends & family.

I basically grew up in a salon (my aunt is a stylist as well), and I thrive on creating an environment of warmth, playfulness, and love with my coaching clients and in my guest experiences. I also love living in the great city of San Francisco - the diversity, the food and the incredible community I have built there with my husband Austin are the perfect backdrop to an incredible career in the salon industry.
