Summit has been a transformative part of my career—teaching me how powerful clear systems and consistent education can be in setting individuals and teams up for success. As our industry evolves, those tools have helped me grow both behind the chair and on the business side, and I love sharing them and watching professionals reach their goals through consistency.

I’ve been a stylist for nearly 30 years, and it wasn’t until I joined a Summit Salon that I found renewed confidence and direction in my career. Using Summit’s systems, I built a strong foundation that led me to become a top service sales performer for many years. Today, I am a shareholder and location director, coaching my team with the same systems that helped shape my own success.

Outside of work, I love anything outdoors in any season, spending time with my family, and my Great Danes. Supporting others in reaching their goals—both professionally and personally—continues to be what drives me most.
