I love working with people eager to take the next step in their lives. Seeing so many beautiful people put their trust in me and my team is such a joy. The Summit program has been a game-changer for us, providing a structured path with many opportunities for choices we would never have considered otherwise. One of my favorite things is being able to help salon companies grow and make progress by following systems that promote awareness and accountability.

I started as a stylist working behind the chair but eventually moved to a salon leader position. From there, I went on to field train multiple salon companies before finally joining SSBC.

Outside of work, I love to travel and meet new people. I make sure to take at least two friend getaways every year to recharge and have some fun!
