Before learning the Summit Way, I faced challenges as a service provider limited to working behind the chair. Many doubted the potential for a fulfilling career or financial success as “just a hairdresser.” However, Summit shattered these misconceptions for me, providing me with the confidence and tools to defy expectations. It opened doors for me to earn a great income, forge connections with exceptional individuals, and impart my knowledge to others.

My journey also led me to work as an Associate Educator for many years, where I discovered immense joy in nurturing and developing new talent. As a Summit Coach, I experience the same gratification. I relish the opportunity to witness and influence the remarkable victories of service providers and salon owners. Whether celebrating financial milestones or supporting emotional breakthroughs, I am fulfilled by helping individuals realize their true potential and triumph in their careers. I remain dedicated to supporting them every step of the way.

I have been in the beauty industry since 2014, holding dual licenses in Cosmetology and Esthetics. Throughout my career, I have worked diligently to equip myself with a comprehensive skill set to continually grow and excel in my profession. Outside of working with salon professionals, you will find me enjoying nature to its fullest. Two of my favorite activities include hiking and kayaking. They serve as a reminder of that which I often tell salon companies: our own journeys are not just about reaching a destination but about cherishing every step along the way. I encourage them to embrace the process, find inspiration in the unfolding path, and discover the beauty in their own personal and professional growth.
