Meaghan Almodovar
Salon Coach
I'm honored to serve SSBC as a Salon Coach.
Working in the beauty industry has always felt deeply personal to me. It is a space where people are encouraged to be seen, heard, and valued for who they truly are. As artists, we have the privilege of helping individuals express their personality through their work, and as leaders, we have the opportunity to mentor others toward careers that support both creative fulfillment and a meaningful life.
Summit systems have been transformative in my own experience. The clarity they provide—through measurable goals, transparency, and structure—creates opportunity rooted in fairness rather than favoritism. When expectations are clear and success is defined, individuals are empowered to grow at a pace and scale that works for their lives and families. That balance is powerful, and it’s what makes this work so impactful.
My background in the industry spans over two decades, beginning behind the chair and evolving through advanced education, corporate leadership, and salon ownership. I have immersed myself in advanced training at the Redken Exchange, worked in education development with Pureology, Redken and L’Oréal in New York City, and opened my own salon in 2019—experiences that continue to shape how I support others today.
Outside of work, I’m known for my down-to-earth nature and love of comedy, yoga, and community. I’m a lifelong animal lover and environmental advocate, and I proudly lead a Green Circle salon rooted in care—for people, the planet, and the industry as a whole.
