In our industry, we have the unique privilege to grow and learn by expressing ourselves artistically, while creating and fostering confidence in others. There is so much beauty to this, and I consider myself incredibly lucky to have found my way in this industry.

I love watching the salon professionals I coach reach personal goals and grow into the leader they were meant to be. Summit helped me grow my business into a multi-million-dollar company and gave me the freedom to create an amazing life for myself and my family. I am honored to be able to pass it on to other salon owners and service providers, share my love for the industry, and help them prosper doing what they love while making an amazing living for themselves.

Outside of my work as a coach, I am a hairstylist, a salon owner and have a 2-year-old daughter and a mixed family. I was in a sorority in college but never finished school because I was doing more hair out of the dorms than schoolwork!
