I love seeing salon owners and team members succeed and achieve their professional and personal goals. Our industry is unique in that it allows individuals to express their creativity while building meaningful connections with guests and colleagues. It's incredibly rewarding to be part of a community that supports and inspires each other.

One of my favorite things to see with the professionals I serve at Summit is their results and happiness. Witnessing their growth and satisfaction is a constant reminder of why I love this industry and the work we do together. Personally, Summit has given me emotional stability and a clear path to follow, eliminating the need for trial and error in achieving growth. It has also helped our team members set and achieve their short and medium-term goals, providing them with a clearer vision of their future. This clarity brings emotional peace and stability, to the benefit of everyone involved.

I have been in the industry for over 25 years, working as a stylist and salon owner for the last 15 years. My mission has always been to prepare my team to achieve extraordinary results professionally. Since partnering with Summit, we are able to guide them to create and grow a much more solid and safe career.

Outside of my work in this industry, people find my communication skills interesting. I always have something to share that adds value to those around me, and I take great joy in that.
