I serve SSBC as a Certified Level 6 Coach and Shareholder. I am a Specialty Trainer for our Leadership & Spa Divisions, as well as a Set Up & Launch Specialist, onboarding new coaches joining SSBC.

I love the salon industry, I started as service provider, right out of high school, and have been a salon & spa owner for over 30 years. I attended my first Summit program in 2004. After implementing the Summit systems in my salon company, we experienced tremendous growth in all areas, especially training and growing new service providers. I joined SSBC as a coach in 2006, after I was asked to, “pass on, what I had learned, to others” by my mentor. What a gift that was both personally and professionally, because it continues to challenge me, to better my best everyday. I’ve had the opportunity to not only work with salons, but have been part of the Spa Division since its inception. This allows me to expand my practice to work with med spas, and spa only companies. Most recently, I have joined our Leadership Team Division, specializing in helping owners not only structure their Leadership teams, but implement accountability, and elevate their communication through our new platform. Lastly, as a Set Up & Launch Specialist, I have the privilege to work with brilliant new coaches joining SSBC. It brings me much happiness, and is a full circle moment, as I know how much I have been supported through the years.

Growing people past what they think is possible, and walking that journey with them, is why I do what I do. I’m passionate about elevating our industry, and the Summit Systems allow me to do just that. I am so proud of SSBC and the work we do, It has been, and continues to be, one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever been a part of.
