Frank serves SSBC as a board member, shareholder and facilitator. His career in the professional beauty industry spans more than 30 years, and includes studying with Vidal Sassoon Academies and the Jingles Schools of Advanced Training. He started Salon Visage in 1984, which has grown into a multi-million dollar company with more than 100 employees. It is recognized as Knoxville’s best salon and has been featured in both the Wall Street Journal and SELF magazine for its innovation and business practices. He is one of three Tennessee members of the exclusive Intercoiffure American/Canadian Society.
