MaLissa serves SSBC as a shareholder, facilitator and Summit Salon Consultant. She coaches 25+ service providers and support team members at Snips SpaSalon in Bloomington, Minnesota which has been a Summit Salon since 1998. She grew up in a family business and has been employed with them for 19 years. She is now a major shareholder because of the Summit programs.

MaLissa holds a full cosmetology license, has worked as a nail technician and nail educator. She has experience in multi-location salons, and has consulted many salons that started at $20,000 a month and assisted their growth to $90,000+ a month.

MaLissa received SSBC’s Consultant of the year award in 2008 and currently serves as a Team Leader. She is fulfilling her passion of coaching others to achieve their goals with her creative style of making a system work for every type of personality.
