My favorite thing about our industry is creating relationships with salon owners and helping them grow their businesses. There is a lot of personal satisfaction in assisting them to become more successful.

I joined the professional beauty industry in 1990 as a front desk support team member and quickly obtained my cosmetology license. After 15 years working behind the chair, I bought the salon company. I became a Summit coach in 2014.

By providing tools and resources for growth and longevity, Summit helps my clients achieve their goals and set their sights on building a lasting legacy for their salon companies.

My favorite moments are witnessing the excitement of service providers hitting their goals and level jumping. It's a testament to the effectiveness of the strategies and support provided by Summit. When individuals are empowered and equipped with the proper knowledge and tools, they can unlock their full potential and make significant career strides.
