I've been in the salon industry since 1986. I currently work as a salon coach and have been doing so since 2014. I absolutely love the connection we make with the humans we serve. Making them feel beautiful and confident when they leave my salon company is so great!

I've been a facilitator for Redken Canada's New Talent program and co-owner of FOLIO COIFFURE in Quebec City. It's been an amazing journey, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to work with so many talented individuals.

One of the things that people might find interesting about me is that I'm also an artist. I love doing acrylic and oil painting in my free time. It's a great way to express myself and unwind after a long day at work.

Summit est arrivé dans nos vie en 2012, alors que notre compagnie était en difficulté financière. Plus rien n'allait. Tous nos stylistes avaient démissionnés, nous avions juste assez d'argent pour payer le loyer et les factures. Pas assez pour se rémunérer. nous nous sommes commises aux systèmes Summit et avons fait confiance au processus. Me voilà, coach pour les salons depuis 2014! Notre compagnie est profitable et nos stylistes sont heureux!

Plus que tout, j'aime voir les propriétaires avoir du succès avec leur nouvelle structure. Ils m'envoient des textos me disant que leur compte en banque augmente! J'adore les voir devenir plus forts et plus confiants!
