I've been on a lifelong journey of passion and growth in the world of hairdressing and salon ownership. It all began in 1993 when I first obtained my hairdressing license. Little did I know that this would begin a remarkable adventure. My journey started with a simple salon job, but it quickly became evident that I was drawn to something more profound – education. I fell head over heels in love with the idea of continuous learning and self-improvement.

Success has a way of inspiring new ambitions, and we were no exception. We yearned for even more significant achievements, and that pursuit led us to Summit. Summit salon ownership rekindled my passion for the industry and ignited my enthusiasm for salon ownership. With newfound energy and dedication, I set my sights on developing a robust Associate Program.

One of my favorite quotes, "Where focus goes, energy flows," by Tony Robbins, encapsulates my approach to life. Implementing the Associate Program has allowed us to offer our guests celebrity-like experiences while nurturing our stylists' talents and providing them with essential business-building techniques, outstanding customer service skills, and a boost in confidence.

I have diverse interests that add depth to my life. I hold a motorcycle license, although I prefer to let my husband take the reins while I capture the beauty of the scenery. The accomplishment I am most proud of is my 20-year (and counting) marriage and the joyous chaos that my two spirited boys, Keegan and Zane, bring to my life. They constantly remind me that love and family are the true cornerstones of happiness.
