Chris Pearson

Salon Coach

There’s something magnetic about our industry—it’s vibrant, creative, and full of energy. Every day, we get to help people feel confident, refreshed, and seen—whether it’s through a transformative haircut, a subtle color refresh, or simply by being a listening ear. It’s about connection, artistry, and impact.

Summit didn’t just change my business—it changed my perspective. Before Summit, I was working hard but not always working smart. The systems gave me clarity, structure, and a roadmap to grow not just revenue, but people. I’ve seen stylists go from uncertain to confident, and salons go from chaotic to calm. Personally, Summit gave me the tools to scale businesses, mentor leaders, and build something rooted in purpose, not just profit. Our guests feel the difference. Our teams feel the support. And I feel the purpose.

One of my favorite things to witness is when professionals start to achieve real financial stability—and realize that wealth is within reach.

I’ve been part of the beauty industry since I was 17—jumping in right after high school. By 23, I dropped out of college and became a salon owner. That early leap gave me a lifelong commitment to elevating our industry. Since then, I’ve co-founded multiple salons, partnered to launch the Summit Salon Academy, and served as a Summit Salon consultant for over seven years. I’ve also worked as a lobbyist with the Beauty Industry Council to help protect and advocate for our profession—not just creatively, but legislatively.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about community outreach—whether it’s mentoring students on financial budgeting, organizing haircuts for those in need, or raising funds for causes close to my heart. And when I’m not doing that, you’ll probably find me out on the water or the trails—boating, fishing, biking, and enjoying time with my family.
