We have some truly exceptional people in this industry, and I love having a hand in helping them grow. Watching stylists grow to their fullest potential while doing work they love and making a great living…seeing salon owners do the same while feeling empowered to make decisions based on sound practices instead of fear—it’s such a fulfilling process to be a part of.

Through my work as a salon coach, I have watched salon owners take hold of their businesses and lead their teams in ways I never imagined. The work pays off every time, when our professionals accept the challenge of working and thinking differently. Personally, the Summit systems have helped me and my company (Timothy John’s Salon in midtown NYC) grow beyond my expectations.

Outside of my work in the industry, I am an actor and have performed in Cats, Beauty and the Beast and Thoroughly Modern Millie on Broadway .
