As a salon/spa owner, I find it incredibly rewarding to see one of our team members achieve a goal they set out to achieve, whether it's personal or professional. I love celebrating with other salon owners and their teams as they experience wins and hit goals that they once thought were unattainable. It's an honor to be a part of their journey and help them achieve their dreams.

I've been in the hair salon industry for quite some time now. It all started when I was 12 and began working as a "cleaning girl." I immediately fell in love with the salon's energy, the hum of the blow dryer, and the connection with the stylists and their guests. It was a fantastic experience that led me to become a licensed cosmetologist. I'm proud to say I'm a REDKEN Certified Colorist & REDKEN Artist. It's an honor to make a guest's day while sharing my knowledge with my associates on how they can elevate their careers by using Summit systems & guest-handling skills.

I am the owner of Thairapy Lounge Salon. Since opening our doors in 2013, I've realized just how crucial systems are when running a successful business. That's why I decided to join SSBC, where I finally found the roadmap I had searched for. As an owner, I now have the freedom to expand my vision for our company and create more opportunities for our team members to grow and lead the next generation of service providers. Our goal is to provide our guests with an exceptional salon experience while maintaining an amazing work environment for our team. Thanks to the Summit systems, I can deeply understand what's happening in my business. As a leader, these systems have helped me identify both my areas of weakness and the strengths of my fellow teammates and leaders in our company.

I'm someone who truly appreciates the beauty of nature - predominantly plants. There's nothing quite like being surrounded by the lush greenery of a forest or garden. When I'm not admiring the flora, I enjoy getting my heart pumping by hiking in the mountains or exploring new bodies of water through kayaking or paddle boarding. I have a passion for travel. There's something so exciting about experiencing new places and cultures, not to mention all the delicious foods to try! And last but certainly not least, I'm a proud animal lover with five furry friends at home. They bring me so much joy, and I can't imagine it without them.
