In our industry, we are a community built on feeling better and thinking better. So often, when I meet industry professionals and ask them how they came into the industry, the most common answer is "This is what I always wanted to do." It's a calling, a true sense of purpose. We are the most aligned and purpose-driven humans in the world.

Summit provides a strategy & path for business leaders & their employees that is undoubtedly the best for our industry. A lot of the professionals I meet have “the vision” but lack the roadmap to fully succeed. Through coaching, I help the client increase their self-awareness, develop strategies, explore alternative perspectives, and build resilience to navigate challenges and achieve their desired outcomes.

Outside of my work as a coach and team leader, I am a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner. I have my bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Math.

I love fresh herbs & growing them. In my downtime you can find me relaxing with my dogs, watching a good crime documentary, or boating on the lake. I will dedicate my time for any charitable cause that involves helping children.
