I've been working in the beauty industry since 1989. I've had various roles in the industry, from working at the front desk to educating others and consulting as a coach. My love for helping others and seeing them succeed has always stayed constant throughout my career.

The beauty industry has the power to impact lives positively, and I am fortunate to be a part of it. There's something special about creating happiness within another person's heart, and I'm grateful to have the opportunity to help bring that to life.

One of the things that has helped me grow and develop in my career is my experience with Summit. It has empowered me to believe in my strengths and has challenged me to learn new skills. It's also given me a robust framework to help my co-workers and coaching clients grow their futures.

My favorite part of my job is seeing the exciting sparkle of success emanating from the behavior of those I serve. It's a fantastic feeling to pass on knowledge, but it's a different level to provide people with the resources to develop themselves and cheer on their learning continually. It is a privilege to be involved in that process.

I love spending time with my family and friends when I'm not working. I enjoy cooking, laughing, reading, jigsaw puzzles, and walking outside (especially with my dog). And, of course, I always make time to add new family recipes to my cookbook. As my Italian in-laws say, "Food is love!"
