With multiple decades in the beauty industry, I have lived my passion behind the chair and as a Summit Salon business coach. I began my career behind the chair, then training the next generation to being an Independent Contractor with everything in between.

I discovered first-hand how Summit’s proven systems could transform not only income but also confidence, doubling my yearly earnings. Opening doors, I didn’t even know were possible.

What keeps me motivated? It’s not just about the numbers, it’s the people, the relationships. I love building relationships, guiding salons and spas toward new levels of growth and watching them step into their full potential. I enjoy customizing the systems for every structure whether you are commission based, blended or Independent.

Beyond the industry, I am grounded by simple joys-like music that feeds my soul, sunshine on my skin, and the feeling of standing barefoot on the earth. I believe in leading with my heart and trusting the Universe guides, and I bring that same soulful, supportive energy to every stylist and salon owner that I coach.
