I'm a stylist, salon owner, and Summit coach with extensive experience growing service providers. I love the professional beauty industry and the opportunities it provides for financial freedom, balance, and meaningful relationships.

I started my Summit journey by growing my income as a service provider, then flourished as a mentor in my company, and finally developed leaders within my salon team. Today we have multiple locations and shareholders, a more significant accomplishment than I ever dreamt of. Being surrounded by so many amazing people, meeting salon owners, and sharing space with all my fellow Summit co-workers continues to help me grow personally and professionally.

Summit has been one of the most influential forces in my professional world. It fills my heart when salon owners and service providers I serve see their dreams and visions for themselves and their businesses become a reality. Sharing the journey is an absolute honor and a privilege. The financial and emotional freedom that is experienced when you have a partner and a plan is invaluable.

Outside of work, I live on 15 acres in Oklahoma with my family and a menagerie of animals. It's my happy place and where I find peace. I grew up in Tucson, AZ, spending a lot of time with my Japanese grandmother (Obassan). She was one of the most influential people in my life and the embodiment of unconditional love. From her, I grew my passion for people and learned the joy of serving and developing others.
