What I love most about our industry is the profound impact we have on our guests' lives. We are privileged to be a part of their most significant life moments. The services we provide can truly transform lives, and that is a blessing.

One of my favorite things to witness is the peace salon owners and stylists achieve by implementing Summit systems like the level system and the Associate program. Seeing them thrive and find stability in their careers is incredibly rewarding. The Summit systems have been integral to our success since we opened our first location. They provided the necessary structure for our stylists to advance in their careers. I firmly believe that the longevity of many of our stylists is a testament to the effectiveness of Summit's systems.

My background is in finance; I hold a degree in accounting and spent 33 years in business development within the oil industry. My wife and I own Hair Salons in Louisiana, with our first salon opening in 2012 and subsequent locations in 2013 and 2016. Currently, we operate two salons after recently selling our Baton Rouge location. My primary focus is on career development, coaching our stylists and staff, and refining salon business processes.

Outside of work, I am passionate about being near water, whether it's the beach or a lake. I enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, working out, and coaching special needs children.
