I serve SSBC as a salon coach.
I love that our industry provides us the opportunity for freedom. The freedom to create the life that we want to live, freedom to earn our own raises, and the freedom of choice in the type of work we do. I don't believe there's another industry that offers the same flexibility and possibility to create our own path to success.
I am supremely fulfilled in my role as a salon coach when I see the wins—those moments of success when all the work pays off. When a salon owner or service provider commits to sustainable systems to improve their lives, the lives of their team and their salon companies and begin to experience the successes that come with these choices, I know I am where I’m supposed to be.
Summit gave me the structure and framework to create the career path for myself as a service provider, which translated into success for my team when I opened my own salon company. I've had many roles in the industry, from shampoo tech and associate, to stylist, salon owner and coach. I’m passionate about training the next generation and elevating the industry.
In my personal life I must admit to a complete commitment to being a nerd. I have unnecessary knowledge of all things Harry Potter and Star Wars and a complete unabashed love for all things sci-fi and fantasy.
