I serve SSBC as a salon coach. I specialize in the professional and personal development of the individual Service Providers and the Leadership Team.
In all areas of implementing Summit systems, I test every concept against the "Triple-Win". We need to create a Win for our Service Providers and only when they are happy, we can create a Win for our Guests and only when both of them are winning, do we create a Win for your Salon Company.
We are so lucky to work in an industry full of artistic, passionate people—such an inspiration! I’m proud to be a part of this wonderful group of humans.
It’s an honor to coach salon owners and service providers to financial freedom and a sustainable work-life balance. I get back as much as I give through the work I do as a Summit coach. Uplifting others completely fulfills me; I am so grateful to wake up and do what I love every day.
Outside of my work as a coach, I am a hair stylist and salon owner, and was previously a Redken Artist. I’ve been working with Summit as a coach since 2017. I am a craft beer enthusiast and a spiritual coach…but not at the same time :)
