In 2020, like many salon owners, I faced uncertainty during the pandemic. Turning to Summit changed everything. Their support gave me clarity, strengthened my leadership, and brought fresh energy to my team. We grew in performance and purpose, and our culture shifted to one of true resilience and shared success.

As a Summit Consultant, my favorite moments are when professionals realize they’re not alone. They see the power of connection, guidance, and having someone in their corner. That’s when real transformation begins—and it’s a privilege to witness and support it.

I started in the beauty industry in 2007 as a stylist, and in 2012 I opened my own salon and spa. We became Summit Certified in 2020, and in 2024, I stepped away from behind the chair to follow my passion for coaching. Helping others grow while leading a thriving salon company has been the most rewarding chapter of my career.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three incredible kids who are the heart behind everything I do. Whether I’m dancing in the living room or cheering from the sidelines, they remind me to lead with love, live with joy, and give my best to the people I serve.
