I love that our industry allows anyone, regardless of background or experience, to grow and become an entrepreneur. We have the opportunity to create powerful leaders and instill confidence in everyone we serve, whether they are students, stylists, clients, or business owners.

What I most love to see with those I serve is solid work-life balance and confidence in their actions. When our leaders are confident, productive, and maintaining a work-life balance, they create the best environment for all. Confident leaders enable their teams to thrive, allowing each member to reach their full potential and enjoy the fruits of their collective hard work.

Summit Salon Business Center and its systems helped my family build a holistic approach to our companies. They taught us how to meet staff, clients, and students where they are and grow these individuals into leaders in the industry and our companies.

I am part of the fourth generation of my family to enjoy this industry. I have been a school owner for over ten years and have seen the impacts a cosmetology college can have on the local salon community and the student artists schools serve.

Most people think I never hold still, but I enjoy meditating and breathing exercises daily.
