I love connecting with current and potential Summit community members. I enjoy bringing energy, humor, a positive attitude, and curiosity to the members only conversations. I believe authentically listening to each client is the key to providing practical, profitable solutions. I am here to support you every step of the way.

My favorite aspect of the Summit journey is witnessing first-hand how SSBC’s innovative services and resources help salon professionals achieve their goals and unlock their true potential.

Before joining SSBC, I had a long, fulfilling career with Redken 5th Avenue NYC. While there, I served as Director of School Development, Director of Training, National Accounts Education Executive, and Sales Educator. Through my experience, I supported more than 50 school partners, launched Redken for 800 salons within a national account, and facilitated classes in hundreds of salons. Additionally, I am a licensed cosmetologist and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University.

When I'm not busy with work or school, I love to start my day with 6 am workouts, and end my day curled up with a good book, and enjoying a glass of red wine.
